Aidoc Raises $150M to Advance CARE™, Its Clinical AI Foundation Model

Aidoc has announced a $150 million funding round to fast-track CARE™, its foundation model designed to enhance clinical decision-making. The round was led by General Catalyst and Square Peg, with backing from NVIDIA’s NVentures and four major U.S. health systems, including Hartford HealthCare and Sutter Health. The total includes a $40 million credit facility, bringing Aidoc’s funding to $370 million.

CARE has already powered two FDA-cleared solutions and is being rolled out across major providers like Advocate Health and Sutter Health. Aidoc’s platform currently supports care for over 45 million patients annually, with plans to double that reach in the next three years.

The financing will also accelerate the growth of aiOS™, Aidoc’s enterprise platform for managing clinical AI, including third-party integrations. The company continues to partner with leading health systems like Mount Sinai, Northwell, and Yale New Haven to integrate AI into everyday care.
