Guangzhou Tianying Precision Tools Co., Ltd., also known as Tianying Medical Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., is a high-tech medical device enterprise established in 1990 with investment from Hong Kong–based Li Wai Precision International. The company is engaged in the integrated research, development, manufacturing, and commercialization of medical devices. It is located in Panyu District, Guangzhou, and operates from a facility covering approximately 13,000 square meters.

The company has developed a dedicated professional engineering and technical team with strong capabilities in research, product development, and innovation. As part of its long-term R&D strategy, Tianying has established a certified Guangzhou Enterprise R&D Institution to support continuous technological advancement.
Tianying maintains a well-controlled manufacturing environment to support high-precision medical device production. Its infrastructure includes a 1,500-square-meter Class 100,000 cleanroom, Class 10,000 laboratories, and a 2,000-square-meter high-end precision machining workshop. The company utilizes advanced manufacturing equipment sourced from Germany, the United States, and Japan, along with precision inspection instruments from Switzerland, to ensure product quality, consistency, and performance.
The company’s product portfolio covers Class I and Class II medical devices and instruments used in sports medicine, neurosurgery, dentistry, trauma care, spine surgery, and hip and knee joint procedures. Tianying also provides OEM services for customized medical instruments.
