Micro Medical Solutions Appoints George Quinoy as CEO to Lead Commercialization Efforts

Micro Medical Solutions (MMS), a U.S.-based developer of minimally invasive vascular technologies, has appointed George Quinoy as its new President and Chief Executive Officer. Company founder Greg Sullivan will assume the role of Chief Technology Officer to focus on product development, platform advancement, and clinical strategy. Quinoy will remain on the MMS Board of Directors to ensure strategic continuity.

This leadership transition comes as MMS accelerates toward FDA approval and commercialization of its flagship device, the MicroStent™, designed to treat Critical Limb Ischemia (CLI). “George is an exceptional leader with deep experience in scaling medtech companies and executing successful go-to-market strategies,” said Sullivan.

Quinoy brings over 20 years of leadership in the vascular device sector, with previous roles at AVE, Medtronic, Guidant, Volcano Corporation, and Provisio Medical. At MMS, he will focus on commercial readiness, strategic partnerships, and scaling operations to support post-approval market growth.

“This is a pivotal time for MMS,” said Quinoy. “With strong clinical data and a completed PMA submission, we’re well positioned to transform CLI treatment and create value for all stakeholders.”
