Oath Surgical aims to meet this challenge by aligning surgeons, patients, and payors through a unified system that reduces costs and improves quality of care. Its AI platform, OathOS, replaces fragmented scheduling, billing, and reporting systems with real-time data insights and automation across the entire surgical workflow, enhancing efficiency, safety, and patient outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unlike traditional outpatient centers, Oath Surgical is building a surgeon-owned network connected by a shared digital infrastructure that aligns clinical and financial incentives. Since its founding, Oath has partnered with more than 150 surgeons and achieved cost reductions of up to 80% compared to hospital-based procedures, with complication rates below 0.25% and patient satisfaction reaching 98.5%.
