mediaire Secures €12M European Investment to Expand AI-Powered Radiology Solutions Globally

mediaire, a Berlin-based pioneer in AI-driven radiology solutions, has secured a €12 million financing round led by LBO France, with support from IBB Ventures and Wille Finance. Already in use in over 350 hospitals across Europe, mediaire’s AI technology is redefining diagnostic workflows by easing radiologists’ workloads and enhancing patient care. The oversubscribed round saw continued backing from HTGF, LIFTT, and Gateway Ventures, underscoring strong industry confidence in mediaire’s practical AI applications.
With the new funding, mediaire plans to broaden its AI portfolio, currently covering brain, prostate, and knee diagnostics for MRI, to deliver expanded capabilities for healthcare providers globally. By reducing repetitive diagnostic tasks, the company’s solutions enable radiologists to focus on complex cases, helping to improve diagnostic accuracy and patient outcomes. This investment propels mediaire toward its next phase of innovation, aiming to streamline clinical workflows and set new standards in AI for radiology.
“Our AI tools are already a reality, aiding doctors in making more accurate decisions and providing patients with quicker responses,” said Dr. Andreas Lemke, CEO and co-founder of mediaire. “This investment allows us to extend these benefits to even more healthcare facilities worldwide.” LBO France’s Investment Director, Matthes Seeling, added, “mediaire’s vision aligns with our commitment to advancing healthcare technology. We’re excited to support their mission to make high-quality diagnostics accessible and efficient for healthcare providers everywhere.”
