Mindray Opens Medical Technology Industrial Park in Dangshan, Anhui Province
Mindray has announced the official opening of its Dangshan Medical Technology Industrial Park in Dangshan County, Anhui Province. The park represents a total investment of 2 billion yuan, covers 298 acres, and has a total building area of nearly 200,000 square meters, making it one of Mindray’s seven global supply chain bases.
The park includes nearly 100,000 square meters of modern precision machining facilities, 28,000 square meters of office space, and 25,000 square meters of supporting buildings, with the goal of establishing an internationally leading precision manufacturing base for medical device components. The park currently employs more than 300 people and is expected to provide over 1,500 jobs once fully completed. The park recorded an output value of 70.6 million yuan in 2024, rising to 233.8 million yuan in 2025.
Production lines are organized into three categories: surgical precision machining, instrument precision machining and injection molding, and instrument core component assembly. Mass production has already been achieved for products including ultrasonic scalpel shafts, bone screws, blood separation valves, ceramic plungers, blood pressure cuffs, and blood oxygen sensors. The production process fully incorporates an intelligent manufacturing information platform, using AGV robots and smart shelving to achieve full-process automation and improve both production efficiency and product quality consistency.
