The proceeds will primarily support product research and development, medical device regulatory submissions, and global expansion. The company focuses on next-generation brain-computer interface (BCI) neuromodulation technologies for mental and cognitive disorders, including depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and Alzheimer’s disease.

KoSyne NeuroTech has developed a globally leading brain-computer neuromodulation architecture combining a whole-brain functional connectivity computing engine, robotic navigation, and multimodal closed-loop modulation. The company has developed three core technology platforms: transcranial focused ultrasound systems, navigated transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) systems, and closed-loop electrical stimulation systems. For focused ultrasound, the company is launching 64 to 1024-channel self-developed systems with a built-in phase control engine that corrects waveform distortions, overcoming the global challenge of energy attenuation and focal shift when ultrasound waves pass through the skull. For navigated TMS, the company’s first product has entered the clinical registration phase, with four national mental health centers, including Beijing Anding Hospital, Shanghai Mental Health Center, Xiangya Second Hospital, and West China Hospital, conducting simultaneous clinical enrollment. For closed-loop electrical stimulation, the team has achieved precise targeting through self-developed deep-brain electrical field modeling algorithms.

KoSyne NeuroTech was founded by an interdisciplinary team covering neuroscience, acoustic engineering, medical imaging, artificial intelligence, robotics, and medical device regulatory affairs. The company has established research and clinical collaborations with several overseas universities and top medical institutions, and plans to initiate FDA and CE mark submissions simultaneously.

Oriental Fortune Capital noted that brain science and brain-computer interfaces are at a critical stage, transitioning from research breakthroughs to industrial implementation, and that KoSyne NeuroTech has built a product portfolio covering inpatient treatment, outpatient rehabilitation, and long-term management. Glory Ventures expressed confidence in the application of non-invasive neuromodulation brain-computer interfaces for mental disorders, noting the company’s three-tier product pipeline and dual-track model combining medical and consumer-grade products.

KoSyne NeuroTech has announced the completion of Series A financing to support product development, medical device regulatory submissions, and global expansion, as the company builds a full-stack brain-computer neuromodulation platform spanning TMS, focused ultrasound, and closed-loop electrical stimulation.

[5,681,10
802,453,594
post-40040","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-asia-pacific","category-care-therapy","category-strategic-development","tag-bci","tag-china","tag-financing
["GET
