Stryker has announced a definitive agreement to acquire Artelon, a privately held company renowned for its advanced soft tissue fixation products used in foot and ankle surgeries and sports medicine procedures. This strategic acquisition will enhance Stryker’s portfolio in the soft tissue fixation market and demonstrates the company’s ongoing commitment to providing unique and effective solutions for ligament and tendon reconstruction.

Artelon’s proprietary technologies will augment Stryker’s existing product offerings for foot and ankle and sports medicine specialists.
