The move follows a growth recapitalization and is intended to strengthen the company\u2019s strategic execution in interventional spine care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kline brings more than 25 years of experience leading medical device companies from early commercialization through acquisition. He previously founded Medivance, which was acquired by C. R. Bard (now Becton Dickinson), co-founded ViroCyt before its sale to Sartorius, and served as CEO of Bolder Surgical prior to its acquisition by Hologic in 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPainTEQ has a clear and essential vision for the market,\u201d Kline said. \u201cMy decision to join the PainTEQ board was based on a simple fact: the LinQ system works. It provides superior patient outcomes in a highly efficient manner\u2014the gold standard for med-tech innovation.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PainTEQ Chief Executive Officer Shanth Thiyagalingam said the appointment will support responsible growth and greater adoption of the company\u2019s technology. \u201cRobert Kline&#8217;s expertise gives us a powerful strategic advantage, enabling us to expand our mission of clinical excellence built on evidence-backed medicine,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The LinQ system has been used in more than 14,000 procedures and is designed to provide a minimally invasive alternative to traditional SI joint fusion surgeries.
