Laynor brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across the medical device, software, and health technology sectors, with a strong record of scaling commercial operations and driving global market expansion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before joining OnPoint, Laynor served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Providence Medical Technology, where he led a high-performing sales organization and expanded the company\u2019s international distribution network, resulting in significant revenue growth.
