The deal will integrate Emmetros\u2019 capabilities into Stream Inara, FluidAI\u2019s AI-supported platform for education and communication throughout the post-surgical period. This marks FluidAI\u2019s second acquisition, following its purchase of Medsix, and reflects its ongoing strategy to broaden its portfolio through targeted expansion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stream Inara is a key component of FluidAI\u2019s Recovery Intelligence and Surgical Excellence (RISE) Program, which supports Enhanced Recovery After Surgery protocols. The program spans the full surgical care pathway and also includes Stream Care, an AI-assisted surgical guidance suite, and the FDA-cleared Origin monitoring device. Together, these tools aim to help institutions adopt more data-driven approaches to surgical care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The integration of Stream Inara is designed to extend patient support beyond the hospital by offering preoperative guidance and structured monitoring after discharge. The platform gathers patient-reported outcomes and provides tailored education and continuous communication to help patients follow their recovery plans. By supporting earlier discharge while keeping clinicians connected to patients at home, the system seeks to improve recovery experiences and ease hospital capacity pressures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mary Pat Hinton, CEO and Co-Founder of Emmetros, said she welcomed the agreement, noting, \u201cI could not be more pleased about this acquisition by FluidAI, which represents the best possible next chapter for our technology and our mission.\u201d She added that FluidAI\u2019s expertise in real-time monitoring complements Emmetros\u2019 focus on customizable patient engagement tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FluidAI CEO Youssef Helwa said the acquisition aligns with the company\u2019s broader vision for surgical care. \u201cEmmetros has always been dedicated to patient-centric care.
