The proceeds will support commercial launch, continued development of proprietary technologies, manufacturing expansion, clinical and regulatory initiatives, and acceleration of the company’s integrated TechMed platform.

Xenter describes itself as the world’s first TechMed company, having developed a healthcare intelligence platform for diagnostic evaluation and wireless medical devices that capture Physical Intelligence data over the XenFi wireless ecosystem. The company’s platform is designed to connect medical devices, diagnostics, digital health, and AI into a seamless ecosystem intended to enable better clinical decision-making while ensuring patients control their healthcare data.

The financing will support the first commercial launch of the diagnostics business unit and the initiation of planned clinical testing of the Guru dual sensor physiology guidewire in Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement procedures. The company also announced the appointment of Linda Vega to its Board of Directors. Vega brings decades of executive leadership in banking, finance, corporate governance, and strategic capital planning, having previously served as an executive with Wachovia Bank and advised organizations ranging from emerging growth companies to multinational enterprises.

Richard J. Linder, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Xenter, said the closing of Series B strongly validates the company’s wireless Physical Intelligence platform and enables the first commercial launch of its diagnostics business unit and planned clinical testing of the Guru guidewire in TAVR procedures. He noted that this financing represents more than capital, reflecting the confidence investors have in the company’s long-term vision to fundamentally change how healthcare technologies communicate, generate data, and improve patient outcomes. He added that healthcare has historically been built around disconnected devices and fragmented information systems, and that Xenter is building an integrated intelligence platform designed to connect devices, diagnostics, digital health, and AI into a seamless ecosystem.

Linda Vega said it is a great honor to be appointed to Xenter’s Board of Directors, which consists of experienced leaders in life sciences and medicine, and expressed hope to bring her experience in business, finance, and accounting to the board. Linder added that Vega’s experience guiding organizations through periods of significant growth and capital deployment will provide tremendous value as Xenter continues its next phase of expansion and that her financial expertise and strategic perspective will strengthen the board as the company executes its long-term vision.

Xenter has closed a $58.25 million Series B financing round to support commercial launch of its XenFi wireless ecosystem and TechMed platform, which captures Physical Intelligence data from wireless medical devices for diagnostic evaluation.

[7,488,683,10
594
post-40743","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-americas","category-breaking-news","category-digital-health","category-strategic-development","tag-financing
["GET
