The acquisition, structured as an all-stock transaction involving the issuance of 275,000 shares of restricted VTAK common stock, officially closed as of February 4, 2025. This strategic move is expected to bolster Catheter Precision’s offerings in the electrophysiology sector.
PeriKard is known for its advanced toolkit designed to enhance physician access to the heart’s pericardial space. The kit includes improved needle and drainage systems, providing crucial solutions for procedures involving excess fluid drainage and ablation treatments for arrhythmias outside the heart wall.
