ALPINION and Chung-Ang University Hospital Collaborate on AI-Driven Ultrasound

Seoul-based ALPINION Medical Systems has entered a Memorandum of Understanding with the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Chung-Ang University Gwangmyeong Hospital to jointly develop artificial intelligence technologies for ultrasound diagnostics. Under the agreement, the hospital will provide clinical data while ALPINION applies its expertise in imaging technology to co-develop solutions tailored to real-world medical practice.
The partnership will focus on enhancing diagnostic capabilities in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation, where ultrasound plays an increasingly important role in guiding treatment and improving patient outcomes. By combining extensive clinical data with AI-driven algorithms, the project aims to deliver tools that help clinicians achieve faster and more accurate diagnoses.
