Curewell Capital has closed its debut fund, Curewell Capital I, LP, at its $535 million hard cap following an oversubscribed raise completed in under five months. The fund drew support from a diverse mix of global investors, including endowments, foundations, pensions, insurers, family offices, and healthcare executives.

Founded by longtime investment partners Michael Dal Bello and Ceron Rhee, Curewell will focus on acquiring and growing U.S. healthcare businesses across services, pharmaceutical services, medical devices, and healthcare technology. The strategy builds on their track record at Blackstone and Pritzker Private Capital, where they co-led healthcare investment efforts.

Dal Bello emphasized the firm’s commitment to partnering with management teams that share its mission to expand access, lower costs, and improve care quality. Rhee added that sector-wide growth drivers are creating strong opportunities to back companies delivering meaningful innovation and operational improvements.
