San Francisco, CA-based healthcare AI company Innovaccer has successfully closed a $275M Series F funding round, with participation from a range of investors including B Capital Group, Banner Health, Danaher Ventures LLC, Generation Investment Management, Kaiser Permanente, and M12. This funding will drive Innovaccer’s efforts to enhance its AI and cloud capabilities, foster a developer ecosystem, and expand its platform’s reach to improve healthcare delivery.

The funding will enable Innovaccer to expand its suite of offerings, adding new AI-driven copilots and agents in areas such as utilization management, prior authorization, clinical decision support, and care management. Innovaccer’s platform is already recognized for its excellence, having earned Best-in-KLAS honors in several categories, including Population Health Management and Data and Analytics. With over 130 healthcare organizations now leveraging its solutions, the company has achieved 50% year-over-year revenue growth over the last five years.
