OnPoint Surgical Appoints Jeremy Laynor as Chief Commercial Officer to Drive Global Expansion

Boston-based OnPoint Surgical has appointed Jeremy Laynor as Chief Commercial Officer to support the company’s international growth and accelerate commercialization of its augmented reality and artificial intelligence (AR-AI) surgical guidance technologies. Laynor brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across the medical device, software, and health technology sectors, with a strong record of scaling commercial operations and driving global market expansion.

Before joining OnPoint, Laynor served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Providence Medical Technology, where he led a high-performing sales organization and expanded the company’s international distribution network, resulting in significant revenue growth. His previous roles at Paradigm Spine, Medtronic, and Cardinal Health included developing global sales strategies, leading surgeon education programs, and advancing innovative business models for ambulatory surgery centers.
