T45 Labs has successfully closed its oversubscribed $25 million T45 Fund I to accelerate breakthrough cardiovascular technologies. The funding will support development and clinical research programs for the lab’s growing portfolio of medical device companies, all housed in its 10,000-square-foot Silicon Valley facility. “This enables our portfolio companies to achieve critical milestones as we push cardiovascular innovation forward,” said Marwan Berrada-Sounni, Managing Director of T45 Labs.

The fund has already been allocated to four portfolio companies addressing major unmet needs in cardiac care. These include Advanced NanoTherapies (drug-coated balloons), Vahaticor (coronary microvascular dysfunction treatments), NuevoSono (intra-vascular imaging), and ReCava (congestive heart failure solutions). Each company benefits from T45 Labs’ end-to-end development approach and close collaboration with leading clinicians.

Located in California’s innovation hub, T45 Labs’ integrated facility manages all stages of device development from concept to commercialization. This funding round positions the organization to continue transforming cardiovascular care through the rapid development of technologies targeting large, underserved patient populations.
