Since 1975, Arab Health has been the Middle East’s premier healthcare event. Today, it announces a significant rebranding to World Health Expo Dubai (WHX Dubai), marking a new era in global healthcare innovation and reinforcing Dubai’s role as a key hub for medical advancements.

For fifty years, Arab Health has been a critical platform for healthcare connections, growing from just 40 exhibitors to over 60,000 annual participants. Peter Hall, President of Middle East, India, Türkiye & Africa at Informa Markets, highlighted the rebranding at the event’s 50th anniversary: “WHX Dubai represents the evolution of Arab Health into a global healthcare force, characterized by international collaboration and innovation without borders. This new identity celebrates Dubai’s pivotal contributions to our past successes and signals our future direction in global healthcare transformation.”

The new name, World Health Expo (WHX), aligns with Informa’s strategy to unify its global healthcare events, enhancing collaboration and connectivity. The transition to WHX Dubai is supported by several governmental entities, including the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention, the Dubai Health Authority, the Department of Health, and the Dubai Healthcare City Authority, ensuring continued support and development in the healthcare sector.
