Vensana Capital has successfully closed its Vensana Capital III fund with $425 million in committed capital, exceeding its hard cap. This brings the firm’s total capital under management to nearly $1 billion. The fund garnered strong support from existing limited partners and select new institutional investors.

Founded in 2019, Vensana Capital is dedicated to supporting transformative medical technology companies, focusing on medical devices and data science-driven innovations. With a diversified portfolio, Vensana has partnered with over 20 companies, achieving six successful exits valued at nearly $3 billion. The firm’s investments aim to develop new clinical standards of care while making healthcare more efficient, accessible, and cost-effective.
