Artera and Tempus Partner to Expand Access to AI-Powered Prostate Cancer Risk Stratification

Artera, a leader in multimodal artificial intelligence (MMAI)-based prognostic and predictive cancer tests, has entered into an exclusive collaboration with Tempus, a technology-driven precision medicine company, to expand access to the ArteraAI Prostate Test. This AI-powered test provides risk stratification insights to help personalize prostate cancer treatment. Leveraging Tempus’ network, which reaches more than half of practicing oncologists in the U.S., the partnership aims to make the test widely available across cancer centers.
The ArteraAI Prostate Test is the first AI-enabled test capable of delivering both prognostic and predictive insights for patients with localized prostate cancer. It provides actionable information within 1-2 days of receiving a patient’s specimen, assisting clinicians in optimizing treatment strategies. Notably, it is the only AI-based risk stratification tool recommended by the NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology (NCCN Guidelines®) for prostate cancer and the only test validated for predicting responses to short-term androgen deprivation therapy (ADT).
