Synchron Collaborates with NVIDIA to Enhance Brain-Computer Interface Capabilities

Synchron, a pioneering brain-computer interface (BCI) company, has partnered with NVIDIA to enhance its next-generation implantable BCI technology, utilizing NVIDIA’s Holoscan platform. This collaboration was highlighted at the 2025 JP Morgan Healthcare Conference, showcasing significant advancements in neurotechnology.
The partnership focuses on two major developments. Firstly, Synchron aims to enhance the real-time edge AI capabilities of its BCIs, enabling on-device neural processing that improves signal processing and multi-AI inference. This integration with NVIDIA Holoscan will reduce system latency, increase privacy, and provide a more seamless and intuitive user experience by leveraging a unified framework that supports a wide array of AI models and data modalities.
Secondly, the collaboration will explore the development of an innovative foundation model for brain inference, which will process neural data at an unprecedented scale. This initiative is set to revolutionize neuroprosthetics and cognitive expression, allowing for more natural interactions with digital devices.
