Apollo Hospitals Enterprise
Apollo Hospitals was founded in 1983 by Dr. Prathap C. Reddy and has since grown into one of Asia’s most recognized private healthcare providers. It operates dozens of hospitals across the country, along with associated clinics, diagnostics centres, telehealth, and pharmacy arms.
Apollo’s hospitals typically feature cutting-edge infrastructure and accredited standards (e.g. JCI, NABH), and they offer a broad range of specialties including cardiology, oncology, neurosurgery, organ transplantation, orthopaedics, and more.
The group is also investing heavily in digital health, telemedicine, and expanding bed capacity. It has been among the first in India to introduce advanced technologies such as proton therapy, robotic surgery, and integrated health informatics.
